1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern the entire relationship between jlnet and any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or places any wager through the jlnet platform, including all subpages, mobile interfaces, and any future features we may introduce. By completing account registration on jlnet, clicking any "I Agree" checkbox, or by simply using the platform after the posting of these Terms, you conclusively indicate your acceptance of these Terms in full.

jlnet reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, jlnet will notify registered users via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of jlnet after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read alongside jlnet's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the agreement between you and jlnet.

2 Eligibility & Age Restrictions

Access to jlnet is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, which is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling activities in the Philippines as established under applicable PAGCOR regulations;
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming of the type offered by jlnet is legal;
• You are not accessing jlnet from any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or intermediary of a third party;
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or officer of jlnet or any related entity, nor a family member of such a person;
• You have not been self-excluded from jlnet or any other gaming platform under an active self-exclusion agreement.

By registering on jlnet, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the eligibility requirements set out above and that all information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and truthful.

3 Account Registration & Responsibility

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) jlnet account. The opening, maintenance, or operation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited, regardless of whether different email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods are used. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jlnet reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlnet login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify jlnet immediately at the contact address provided in these Terms if you suspect unauthorized access to or use of your account. jlnet will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep this information up to date throughout your relationship with jlnet. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including a false date of birth, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3.4 Account Currency

jlnet accounts for Philippine-based players are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where deposits are made in other currencies (such as USDT), conversion will be applied at the rate determined by jlnet at the time of the transaction. jlnet is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

jlnet accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI online banking, BDO online banking, Metrobank online banking, USDT (TRC20/ERC20), and Coins.ph. Payment methods available to individual players may vary based on their location and account verification status.

• All deposits to jlnet are subject to a minimum deposit amount, which is displayed at the time of transaction.
• jlnet does not charge fees on deposits; however, third-party payment processors (such as your bank or GCash) may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits made to jlnet are non-refundable once funds have been credited to your gaming account, except where jlnet determines a refund is appropriate under these Terms or applicable law.
• jlnet reserves the right to reject any deposit or payment at its sole discretion, including where jlnet reasonably suspects the payment is connected to fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified jlnet players are generally processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification requirements. Processing times may vary during periods of high demand or public holidays in the Philippines.

5.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawal requests below this amount may be declined. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts; however, jlnet reserves the right to process large withdrawals in installments over multiple business days.

5.3 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for deposit, where technically feasible. jlnet does not transfer winnings to third-party accounts or payment methods not associated with the registered player.

5.4 KYC Requirements

Before processing any withdrawal, jlnet may require you to complete identity verification (KYC). Acceptable documents include Philippine government-issued identification (passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, PhilSys ID) and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified may result in withdrawal delays or the suspension of your account pending review.

5.5 Taxes

Players are solely responsible for determining and satisfying any tax obligations arising from their gambling winnings under Philippine law or the laws of any other applicable jurisdiction. jlnet is not responsible for advising players on their individual tax obligations.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

jlnet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, Loyalty Program rewards, and Fortune Tree prizes. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly at the time of the bonus offer.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sports bets may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated validity period will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time.
• Abuse: jlnet reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if jlnet reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets, or engaging in any form of advantage play prohibited under these Terms.

7 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on jlnet, including live casino tables, slot machines, bingo, and sports betting markets, are governed by their respective game rules, which are made available within the game interface or upon request from jlnet customer support. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms will prevail.

jlnet uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for applicable games and partners exclusively with licensed, reputable game providers whose games are independently audited for fairness. Live casino games use physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) operated by trained professional dealers in studio environments.

jlnet reserves the right to void any bet or game result where: (a) there is evidence of technical malfunction; (b) the result was influenced by software error; (c) fraudulent activity is detected; or (d) a bet was accepted in error. In such cases, any staked amounts will be returned to the player's account balance where technically feasible.

8 Prohibited Conduct

By using jlnet, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Accessing jlnet while under the age of 21;
• Opening or operating more than one jlnet account;
• Using VPN, proxy, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or to falsify your location;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with jlnet in any unauthorized manner;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in jlnet's platform;
• Engaging in collusion with other players on any live table game;
• Using jlnet for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Providing false identification documents during the KYC verification process;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the experience of other players or interferes with jlnet's operations;
• Attempting to gain access to the accounts of other jlnet players without authorization.

Violation of any of the above prohibited conduct provisions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban from jlnet, forfeiture of all account balances and bonuses, and, where applicable, reporting to Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

9 Responsible Gaming

jlnet is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. 10 Privacy & Data Protection

The collection and processing of personal data by jlnet is governed by jlnet's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering on jlnet, you consent to jlnet's collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that jlnet may be required to disclose your personal data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), or other Philippine regulatory and law enforcement authorities as required by applicable law.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the jlnet platform, including but not limited to software, game content, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and the overall design and arrangement of the platform, is owned by or licensed to jlnet and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use jlnet solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from jlnet without jlnet's prior written consent.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlnet and its officers, directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use jlnet;
• Any interruption or cessation of jlnet's service due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond jlnet's reasonable control;
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials;
• Any loss arising from reliance on information provided on jlnet, including but not limited to odds, statistics, or game descriptions;
• Any actions taken by jlnet in good faith reliance on information you provided during registration or KYC.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit jlnet's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any matter for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

13 Account Termination & Suspension

jlnet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where jlnet reasonably determines that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Your account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes;
• Continuing to operate your account would expose jlnet to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk;
• You are accessing jlnet from a prohibited jurisdiction.

Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, jlnet reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance, including cash balance, bonus balance, and any pending withdrawals. Where an account is closed at the player's request in good standing, any remaining real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements.

14 Amendments to These Terms

jlnet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, jlnet will provide registered players with at least seven (7) days' advance notice via the email address registered on their account or via in-platform notification. Non-material amendments may take effect immediately upon posting to jlnet.cam.

Your continued use of jlnet following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using jlnet and close your account in accordance with these Terms.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The operation of jlnet is subject to the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR and any other applicable Philippine gaming authority.

In the event of any dispute between you and jlnet arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of jlnet, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute by contacting jlnet customer support via live chat or by email. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or court of competent jurisdiction.
